I called the supply department today to re-order, and asked the rep when they were coming out with a longer tubing for the Sure-T's. He said very shortly, and he volunteered the info that the tubing would be 33-38. He said a specific number, but I can't remember which. I know it was in the 30's. He said that so many people were asking for them to lengthen the tubing.

He also said existing Sure-T customers would probably get an e-mail if they had your e-mail address, but to keep checking the supply website to be sure. As soon as it is available they will put it on the website. Once they are out, they will gladly exchange any UNOPENED boxes in the shorter length for the longer ones.

Has anyone else gotten this specific info before? At first I thought he was giving me the same old song and dance, just to get me to shut up, but when he mentioned the exact length, I started thinking it may be for real.

I can't wait!
