Hello all! I am trying to decide which pump/pod to go with. I have only had Minimed(17 yrs)but I do like certain features of each brand i.e. Minimed, Animas, Omnipod. So, lets hear it, persuade me! Which pump should I go with... I am also looking into mid-June, Animas, Minimed, Omni all have new or updated choices. I also have a Dexcom g4 CGM if that helps....

Is there anything with your current situation (MM + Dex G4) that you don't like ?
Is having an integrated pump/CGMS (single device) important ?
Is having a remote or waterproof pump important ?
Is having a tubeless pump important ?
Is Low glucose suspend important ?
It's not about persuasion. It's about finding the pump that best meets your needs.
I also use MM + Dex G4, and am pretty happy. The alternative I may consider when available is Animas Vibe w/G4 integration. But I won't decide until I can have hands on feel of the menus, since I did not like the Ping at all due to the menus and excessive button pressing. The Vibe appears to be more like MM.
I have no interest in tubeless Omnipod, even when the smaller pods come out. I've also heard there are no longer plans to have it integrated w/G4, so that makes it even less attractive.
The other option is the newer T-slim, and there are many good discussions on that under the T-slim Group.

FWIW tough, you might consider the Accu-Chek Spirit Combo.
