Okay. Wondering if anyone here has tried the NutriSystem D plan with Type 1 diabetes? I'm only looking to shed about 10-20 pounds- nothing major... and I hardly ever eat.
Is it worth it for me?
My Triglycerides are actually on the low side.
My A1c could stand to come down- 8.6%
My typical blood glucose readings are between 100 and 200, though there are definitely spikes down to 35 and up to 290.
I typically have a shake for breakfast, no lunch, and then a balanced (low carb) dinner, and maybe a salty snack at night.
I'm not an eater.
Am I going to be bogged down by all the meals they send?
And is $11 a day really that hard to beat?
I guess I'm around $5 for coffee in the morning, plus $6 for dinner (if I go out)... so $11 is good, even though it's including two more meals than I would normally eat?
Has anyone tried this?
I'm not looking to lose weight (if I do, it's a plus, but it's not my main goal). I'm moreso looking at this as a dietary plan to help me gain control over my BG readings.

Am considering the N-D and wonder if you had succeeded Marps? Hope so!
