I have been using the Pod for about 8 months - no real problems. One or two with it being knocked or just daft things. But I have now had a three week period of pumps not working when loading them or then just quiting 2 or 3 hours in. No error being shown - just a high pictch shrill. Getting a bit bored with it. The only difference is that I am in the Uk and they are paid for. I pay for me CGM and wonder if that is confusing the pump ? Anyone got any advice ? Gos

I definitely think that's probably a factor. We had the most issues we've ever had last year between November and the end of December. And basically none since then until last month. And now my son's probably had about 10 have something (occlusions included, so I'm not sure exactly how many were pod issues.) We're in Maryland - so temps can be pretty variable, but the cold started later this time . . .

Yeah - last year during the whole Snowmageddon time, it seemed like everyone up north was having a very large ratio of bad to good pods. And this year it's not as bad b/c of all the warm weather that has been appearing in normally cold places.

I'm just happy that the heat doesn't actually seem to do any damage to them. My shipments sit for a long time in the heat here in Houston during the summer. Never had issues during the warmer months.
