Hi everyone, I just wanted put this out there for anyone that wants to listen to the podcast from Robert Ferguson. He is a certified nutritionist and fitness specialist and I started following his methodology way of eating last year when I was diagnosed T2. What caught my eye about his Diet Free for Life is that you eat three meals a day with snacks between and that’s what the diabetic educator said I needed to due. So…I thought well why not give it a try and I have been doing this since September of last year and have lost 30lbs and A LOT OF INCHES! But anyway…I’m not trying to get sell’s going on here, I just love the way Robert Ferguson talked about the way insulin in our bodies work. He’s pretty funny to listen to and makes a lot of since that even I can understand! LOL Hope you all enjoy, here’s the link:
