My solution is a neoprene digital camera case that can fit my Freestyle Lite meter and lancing device, a vial of strips, my basic ID (state ID, one or two bank/credit cards, radio license), and a few dollars "mad money". Falls out the front pocket of low-risers, but stays in the back pocket pretty well. Most of the time, though, I wear natural-waist pants and jeans. The neoprene with a sueded side keeps it fairly secure in my cycling jersey (the original reason for this change).

Permalink Reply by Trudy on April 18, 2013 at 5:04am Hi Amy. I wear cargo pants all year from Duluth Trading Co. I think that their cargo shorts are popular in the summer, male or female. Add a spibelt to that, and you can carry a lot of stuff.

Permalink Reply by Skier304 on April 18, 2013 at 5:22am I realize this is an old thread, but I have a meter strip container all in one that I will grab when i want to travel light. I simply drop a lancer tip or two in the container and the whole deal is about the size of a film container. The meter strip combo is called the SideKick and you can get it a Walmart for $19 which includes 50 strips.
I have a small pack that holds it all and I can grab in a moment. That has saved me tons of grief and can blast out the door in a moment.
Possibly a belt pack or fanny pack might help as well.
