I think we're at a somewhat elevated risk for pre-e, but certainly not that we're practically guaranteed to get it. (Though I thinki f you've had it once, you're at high risk.)

I'm 38 weeks now and my BP has been fine, knock wood.

I to think D puts u at an overall higer-risk for things, but I also think it to can just be the luck of the draw you know. People get pre-eclampsia all the time who arent' d. But I do think to once you have had it once, it does put you at a higher risk of getting it again, like anything D and pregnancy related I'd advise a really good Dr who specializes in managing high risk pregnancies, keeping your bs under really tight control, all lots of interaction between your Endo and your OB.
