Problem with TuDiabetes Survey 2013

I have received an email from team@diabeteshf.org with the subject "Please take this brief, important survey".

After clicking on the provided link I get this message: "We're sorry. You have already taken this survey."

Am I the only one?

I got the new mail with the corrected link and completed the survey. It didn't have anything to do with a diabetes store, Marie, but was a more general survey about use of TuD and other Diabetes Hands Foundation services.
