my input:
1.you pay more attention to the food you're actually putting in your mouth.
2. You have much better respect for the rest of the stuff your body just "does", even though your silly pancreas has given up..
3.The look on peoples faces when you whip out you injection pen? Or is this just me. I love it!

Permalink Reply by Stoyan on March 5, 2012 at 9:17am Organization. It helps you become a much more organized, detailed person. Before I was diagnosed, I would for example always lose or forget my keys somewhere, or my glasses - but not anymore.
However, it would be even better to NOT have diabetes anymore. The lesson has been learned.
