Back in early 2009, we launched a program in collaboration with DiabetesDaily called Simple Steps for Health.
Given that January is a time for new beginnings, we felt it was a good idea to revive the program again.
The premise is simple:
* Join the Simple Steps for Health group
* Start a new discussion there, sharing a small thing that others can do to stay healthy or get healthier.
Basically, we simply ask you to let others know your secrets: what are the simple steps to improve their health – without spending a lot of money or time.
