Has anyone seen a recipe for buttertarts made using splenda, equal or some other sweetener?

I LOVE buttertarts but they don't love me.

This is the recipe I've used in the past -

4 cups Raisins, scalded
2 cups Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1/2 cup butter
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 can/ 385 ml evaporated milk
75 unsweetened tart shells
Directions
1.Scald raisins, while warm add Splenda, butter and beaten eggs. Stir well. If mixed while warm it will be a butterscotch like syrup.

2.Add vanilla and evaporated milk, again stirring well.

3.Fill tart shells 1/2 - 2/3 full.

4.Bake at 400 C until golden brown (about 15 minutes)

Hopefully you like it :)
