Soon i will switch diabetes teams from the children's to the youth team. Obviously everyone's experience of the care they receive is different, but my team, (my nurses and consultant!), have been fantastic, not just in their help with controlling blood sugars but also in that they've been really kind and supportive, which i think is equally important. I certainly know that I've been very lucky (especially with all the help i've recieved getting me set up on the pump.) Of course this site has also been a great help so thank you all for your helpful advice.

Anyway as a small gesture of thanks to my team i want to get them all a present, but I have no idea what to get them, so does anyone have any ideas?

I think chocolates might be a little ironic!
