I have been having tingling feelings in my left foot lately and yesterday was the worst. It went from my foot all the way up to my knee at work yesterday and was the worst tingling I ever felt. Should I be concerned and go to the ER to get that checked out???

It's the 10th now. I think a strict insulin and low carb regimen can help this complication to recede. A neurology appointment might be in order: An ER physician would tell you to make an appointment with a neurologist and an endocrinologist.
Neurological problems are one of the first complications of diabetes: the neurologist will tell you to get this complication to recede by using a strict insulin and low carb regimen. If you are unsure of what this means, start reading about this on tudiabetes.
