TuDiabetes

To the admins: Time for a Wiki or a glossary for TuDiabetes?

I see a lot of questions being asked about things that have been discussed at length multiple times before. I'm guilty of asking such questions, too. Things like questions about fast-acting insulins, slow-acting insulins, insulin pumps, CGMs, low-carb diets, other diets, etc. Do you think it would benefit everyone if we had a glossary which would have in-depth information about many common items relevant to diabetics? Or maybe a wiki?

Good idea!

People can search topics to see previous discussions, but I don't think they realize it. Kristin, Melissa, Marie & others are great about supplying links to topic discussions.

While many things have been covered, sometimes there's new info or perspectives to be added. Without discussions & interaction this would become an info site with less participation,

This is indeed a great idea. A project we will soon be launching may address this specific issue.

The idea is to create resource pages focused on specific topics. We have done this on EsTuDiabetes (the Spanish sister community we run) very successfully.

Could I count with your help to identify pages (discussions, videos, etc.) for each topic, along with the Content Creation team?

Hi Manny,

I'll be glad to help in any way I can. I'm glad to know that something along these lines is already being planned for tudiabetes.com .
