Next person is getting hungry now, but usually doesn't eat after 6pm, it's Saturday night, let's go mad !
i've already gone mad.two or three times at least.

False on both levels. No fireworks to see, went out for a run and the weathers lovely.

Next person is utterly grateful fruit doesn't make their sugars wack otherwise they'd seriously struggle even more with this disease.
Sigh, false, can have fruit if it's a small amount and no other carbs in the meal. You guys may miss your cookies, I miss a nice big bowl of fresh fruit salad with granola and yogurt.
