I am going to post something about the next poster. The person who posts after me will say "true" or "false" regarding my statement about them. Then they will post something about the person who will be posting after them and so on and so forth until we find a cure......OK here we go:

(Please only one reply per statement. Just reply only to the most recent post. Thanks!)

False, but I DO carry it EVERYWHERE I go. Cause I have the feeling, if I leave it at home ONCE, that will be the time that I really need it! So it's always with me and my medical bracelet indicates that it should be used! Though I have no plans for getting to that point. Better safe than sorry.

The next person talks about blood sugars in mmoL, not mg/dl!

(PS Dino, great game!)
True.

The next Person loves mustard on their foods but hates ketchup.
False - I am a plan kind of girl!

The next person is healther than most of their family members because of diabetes.
false, but all brothers and sisters and me are very active people.

The next person was at one time arrested for behavior occurring during a low-blood sugar episode.
True

The next person is using a store brand BG meter
Oops looking the wrong way

False

The next uses a Store brand BG meter for testing(have had good luck in the past and the strips are less expensive.)
true! i do have a multiclix, but i use the accu-chek softclix more regularly.

the next person almost never uses "alternative testing sites" for their bg's.
False

However, I did have to buy my One Touch Ultra Smart off the shelf at Wal-Mart after leaving my meter in the Chicago O'hare terminal while testing slash running to a gate!

Hmm...I tried to read a few pages so hopefully I'm not repeating!

The next person felt guilty after eating wayyy to many peeps or jelly beans on Easter Sunday
False

I don't like peeps and I still have a bag of Russell Stovers sugarfree jelly beans that my kids gave me for Easter ;-)

The next person eats ice cream at least once per week.
Minimum once a week.

I find that this is the blood sugar friendly dessert, if you can manage to just eat a scoop or two. I DON'T do sugar free ice cream! Only real natural ice cream, about 15g for one small scoop. Love it!

The next person uses carb exchanges for managing their diet, not carb counting.
True, and I'm shooting for something under 6.5 this time. My last one was 7.2. (bleh!) My goal is to stay consistently at 6.0 and under. Wish me luck.

The next person has had to re-print a piece of correspondence or an envelope because the original was accidentally sullied by an unnoticed 'bleeder.'
True. I've bled on many official documents.

The next person has squeezed a testing finger too hard and sprayed a tiny stream of blood like a scene from a mini-horror movie.
