Surgery scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. Having my gallbladder taken out. Seems that it is causing my more problems then helping. They are just keeping me here. My Endo is going to be with me for some one the time afterwards. My blood sugars are awful after surgeries. Won't know til Wednesday when I'll get to go home. But I'm okay.(:

You'll be ok, you are in the right place, they'll take good care of you and you'll even get breakfast in bed.

surgery is no fun! good luck, hope everything turns out well.

Don't stress the post surgery blood sugars. You'll get back on track.

Take care,

Maurie

I had my gallbladder out when I was about your age. It's unusual to have it done earlier than your 40s - the nurses coming onto a shift will probably be asking you "Are you SURE that's what you're having done?!?"
The good news is, you won't have to dread the frequent nausea and stomach pain after you're done recovering. Eventually you'll be feeling much better. (And the scars are pretty tiny too!) Wishing you a speedy road to health.

Sorry to here about your surgery. Hope you have a speedy recovery.
