Engineering at University of Wisconsin-Madison.

research study about how people who have been diagnosed with diabetes view their
healthcare team and glucose meters. You must be 
Calibri;mso-bidi-font-family:Verdana"">18 years old or over and have used a
blood glucose meter.

survey takes 30 minutes to complete and you will receive $5 for your time. If
you would like to participate in this  study you may take it online
through the link below or you can send us your contact information and we can
send you a paper version.
