Has anyone had experience with this?

Years ago I built a hot rod from the ground up. The engine has 800 HP (7.6 liter) and I could beat any corvette or 5 liter mustang. Every detail was addressed and I could lift the front tires off the ground any time. Driving this car became a liability as my bipolar became ultradian meaning I was manic and depressed 8 times a day and no longer felt safe driving this car. Driving this car became a vertigo thing, something I feared. By the way, I never raced another car unless the girlfriend was in the other car ha ha!!
