Come on.. Everyone has got a I phone or cell phone that can take pictures.. How bout pickin a day and taking a picture of your 3 square meals a day and post them.. Not what u want us all to think you ate..
What you really ate all day.. Your real portion sizes.. Chicken? LOL no not that you ate chicken... Use a Small resolution and post them here so you don't kill Manny's server, or post them on your homepage and give us the url.. Yes and you can even post the Nibisco Twirls that you have hidden in your desk if you dare.. We wont judge you.... much

digestive biscuits are english cookies that are similar to graham crackers here in the states. They taste nuttier and sweeter to me than graham crackers and have less impact on my blood sugars than graham crackers. I think they have more fiber in them so maybe that is why they don't effect me as much. It's a throw back to growing up with an Irish mom and I love them...

I had a crispbread pizza for lunch - 22 g of carb with 7 g of fibre - sooooo delicous - wish I had taken a picture of it before we inhaled it (we were both REALLY hungry). I blogged about how I made it at this link.

click on the here in Go to Robyn's here or the here in this comment... if it underlined its a link.. put curser on it.. see the hand? click on it and it will take you there.. or put curser on it and right click and open in new window to maintain the page you are on.. That is what I do if I am on someones page and I like their music.. If I wanna go somewhere else I right click on the link I wanna go to and "open in a new window" that way it does not use that browser to open a new page and I still get to listen to the music as I go to another link.. Make sense? Try it.. it will.

chinese food for dinner. sweet and sour chicken, crab rangoon, and dumpling... and my sugar was only 213 after! that was the LAST result i ever expected after eating what i did :-)
