Just for fun and maybe we can help each other with some good ideas on what to eat. I will go first;

breakfast: 1 small banana, 2 cups of coffee with 1 cup 2% milk and 8 cashews

lunch: 2 pieces of wheat bread, 2 tablespoons PB and sugar-free strawberry jelly and 1/2 very large apple, 1 diet pepsi and 2 glasses water and 1/2 red bell pepper

Dinner: Have not had yet...........

Breakfast yogurt, a double granola bar & vitamins w/ water
Lunch turkey & swiss oh wheat berry bread, chips and water

Here goes Robyn..... BF 2 toast brown bread lite 1 tea, tiny bit of low fat milk

Lunch 2 slices of brown bread lite, lettuce, cucumber, red onion, baby beetroot ( about 4 )
cheese and mayo, 1 tea.

Evening Tea 2 med potatoes, baby beets (6), cucumber, lettuce, scallions, too much cheese, mayo
1 tea

Drank 4 glasses of water, 1 more tea and an apple. No exercise today.

I forgot to say the cashews at BF are covered in cocoa.

Josephine.....you are a good "veggie" eater......I need to eat more at lunch and dinner!

so far i've had a chocolate fortune cookie

normally i eat:
breakfest: i was eating instant oatmeal, scrambled eggs with veggies
snack: banana
lunch: turkey sandwich on wheat bread with romaine lettuce, either chips or grapes
snack: granola bar
dinner: lean cuisine or healthy choice
snack: yogurt

I try to eat every 3 to 4 hours, i'll starve to death if i don't eat a snack

im going to be a bad example here, but all i had today was a breakfast sandwich and that was at 8 in the morning. i took a really long nap. now it's almost 4 so i guess im just going to have some little snack of something.

wow yeah i guess i skipped that one. good thing was that my BG was 84 when i woke up. :D not to bad after a nap.

oh don't worry they were dipped in chocolate icecream later, i had just woken up. Sometimes i'm stubborn and don't eat right away in the morning.

had some coffee and at 9am had a veal parm sandwich from roach coach with milk and a big thick antibiotic pill (not sure where to stick the tube of yogurt, yet not sure I wanna know where to put it :oP** )
Lunchable pizza meal (cold) only 32 grams carbs
more coffee
1 funnybones (peanut butter filled chocolate log thing) at 2pm
2 glasses of water
Going to eat some Encore Chicken Parm patties with fries and salad and water now
