Just for fun and maybe we can help each other with some good ideas on what to eat. I will go first;

breakfast: 1 small banana, 2 cups of coffee with 1 cup 2% milk and 8 cashews

lunch: 2 pieces of wheat bread, 2 tablespoons PB and sugar-free strawberry jelly and 1/2 very large apple, 1 diet pepsi and 2 glasses water and 1/2 red bell pepper

Dinner: Have not had yet...........

snack: mini banana nut muffin + 1/2 cup lactaid = 30g

lunch - 2 soft supreme tacos and a diet coke = 30 g
Breakfast - 2 slices w/meal toast with marg & marmalade - 2 cups tea
Mid morning - 1 large starchy banana - 1 cup tea
Lunch - 6 slices of bread with ham, cheese slices, salad & tomato relish, 1 packet lemaon & scampi niknaks, 1 apple, 1 strawberry muller light yoghurt (yum)
Dinner - not sure yet, probably Chops, mash & carrots as the weather is sent by Ming The Merciless today. I love winter food, despite it being almost Summer.
Supper - you must be joking after all that lot!
Unfortuanetly with no teeth, all soft diet right now...scrambled egg with coffee
baby back ribs for dinner ... shhh they looked really tasty!
oooo thats pork.. almost baconish!!

are you sure these won't give you a heart attack? You have some crazy cooking ideas! Or do you just love bacon?

Your snacks are always so good and healthy Robyn! Thats great!
My snack at 2 pm was a Rice Crispy treat snack bar.. I know terrible!
But right now I am eating a Granny Smith apple
Craig, glad you are eating a fruit!!! I just had to drink some juice....tooooo low (yeck)
grilled cheese sandwich + small orange + water = bed time snack :)
