Just for fun and maybe we can help each other with some good ideas on what to eat. I will go first;

breakfast: 1 small banana, 2 cups of coffee with 1 cup 2% milk and 8 cashews

lunch: 2 pieces of wheat bread, 2 tablespoons PB and sugar-free strawberry jelly and 1/2 very large apple, 1 diet pepsi and 2 glasses water and 1/2 red bell pepper

Dinner: Have not had yet...........

one avocado on 3 slices of bread (40g carb) downed by a cup of Ethiopian Harrar brewed with a French Press.

For lunch I had a ham and swiss cheese sandwich and a Honey Moon beer. For dinner, zucchini in a garlic/oil dressing with chicken in a white cream sauce, and a Heineken Light.

Weehee, I treated myself to some chocolate and wine today (merlot)! Of course, I've had regular food too, but chocolate is just fantabulous, goes nicely with wine, and feeds the soul =)

dinner:

1 chicken enchalata
1/2 c. mexican rice
1/2 c, refried beans
1 diet dr.pepper

sausage egg and cheese omelette - 1 croissant and 1 big bird juice

2 scrambled eggs, salsa and 1 piece of rye toast with skim milk

2 pieces of French Toast, two sausage links & small grapefruit juice. 60 grams of carb.

breakfast - nothing just one cup of coffee.

lunch - tuna mayo sandwhich then as it was all going well, i nearly fainted and ended up stuffin my self with biscuits.

dinner nothing yet. but i am not much in the mood anyway. :-(

Shrimp fried rice (from yesterday) - cottage cheese, 1/2 fresh peach, slivered almonds.
