Just for fun and maybe we can help each other with some good ideas on what to eat. I will go first;

breakfast: 1 small banana, 2 cups of coffee with 1 cup 2% milk and 8 cashews

lunch: 2 pieces of wheat bread, 2 tablespoons PB and sugar-free strawberry jelly and 1/2 very large apple, 1 diet pepsi and 2 glasses water and 1/2 red bell pepper

Dinner: Have not had yet...........

why must people take things from me? i love and eat and include bananas in my meal plan
who can eat cereal without a sliver of bananas?
what's one to do when you go to a banana split festival?
who's going to freeze bananas dipped in chocolate?
me that's who and probably robyn, now craig and cynthia would wrap it in bacon

Ahhhh banana's in vanilla light yoplait yogurt!!!! heaven and soooooo good for you! And my bs too, I have those babies down to a science!

Bananas work fine for me too, great for before exercise and picking me up incase i'm slipping a little low. And why are they so yummy? Because their taste is weiiird....

there is nothing that is truly a no no for a diabetic. It just depends on how your body reacts to them.

I will eat anything and dose accordingly thank you.

Andd my food today has beeen...
Breakfast - weetabix
Lunch - Tuna salad
Snack - melon, apples and anyother fruit I could get my hands on. Unfortunately I went high *huff*
Dinner - Salad with sardines and cous cous.

lunch:

turkey and cheese sandwich on wheat bread
1 small fuji apple
1 vanilla yoplait light yogurt
1 xl water

B - Oatmeal and V8 low sodium juice & 1/2 banana : ) it was a big one,lol.
L - Turkey and lettuce rollups and chunks of pepper jack cheese, s/f choc pudding & a bottle of h20
Snack after work - finished up my strawberries and blueberries ... just no more cool whip
No dinner yet
