My only ? is why the SF pudding?

its like eating A big piece of cake and a diet soda...hahahaha
But if you eat a piece of cake and SUGAR soda, that's just MORE carbs and calories. It's like, you cut where you can. Cutting from 40 to 20 is good in itself; you don't have to cut down to zero for it to be worth it.
Hmm. What if it was low-carb cake? I believe such things do exist.
Not worth eating.....
I make wonderful low carb cake with chocoate ganache frosting & also cookies, pies, tortes & muffins. Not hard to do.
uh oh... how about some whole grains! or if you like the sweets...honey nut cheerios...
I tried whole shredded wheat. No go! :-( I doubt I could handle the honey-nut Cheerios, either. :-(
