Pizza, pasta, pitas and anything that can be classified a carb. I've been called a carbocolic and I find it difficult to argue with my critics.I am a late night carbo-colic,in recovery, who relapses much too frequently.Pete
Pizza!!! It makes me hit 200 in no time!
Gosh--I love Indian food! Parathi, which is a tortilla-like bread. Daals, curries, bhaturas--and all the lovely sauces make me go sky high. So sad!
When I was little I used to fall asleep in my pasta dishes only. Since having diabetes I have found out why. I still go for naps after I eat pasta. Chinese food and milk spike me to.
peach or orange

but at least strawberies are safe for me
Potatoes some mexican and chinese foods pizza
For me it's several things....number 1 which is my favorite is sushi! I love sushi, but i can't bolus enough to cover it for my life. sushi takes my BG levels up to 400's sometimes 500's.

Pizza also has a really bad effect on me. And I'm a college student and on late study nights pizzas sounds like the answer, but not for me.

Corn bread and french fries are also a weakness for me that I need to watch.
1. Biscuits and Gravy
2. Chicken Fried Steak and Gravy

My favorite foods
For my daughter, a treat of Nutella and a graham cracker SEEMED innocent enough. I had to stay up half the darn night monitoring her. Then we had dim sum just tonight - another sky high experience. Tell you what, it's easy for me to help her avoid foods once we know they send her reeling because it's such a pain for everyone in the family. Modifying a favorite Weigh Watchers saying: Nothing tastes as good as stable blood sugars.
bagels- i still eat them

and oatmeal which i don't like so it doesn't matter
Potatoes. Whether it is mashed, fried, chips or in the oven ...

They are Evil for my BG !!!
Potato it is.
