I always go for a tall latte. With a muffin to go with it. 45 grams total. 4.5u of insulin. What's your coffee order-at Starbucks or wherever- and how do you manage it?
I always seem to go a but high after then crash 2 hrs later. Any healthy alternatives or tweaks you can recommend?

I actually prefer my own coffee at home - I'm somewhat of a coffee snob LOL I have a Bunn pod brewer that makes awesome coffee. Just got a 'WhipIt' and make my own whipped cream with heavy cream, so I know exactly what's in there. A good cuppa with a dollop of whipped cream for me!

I only have the old fashioned coffee maker. I'm thinking about purchasing a nespresso machine. Any particular brand you can recommend?

Starbucks is my downfall. I really don't like coffee but I'm addicted to their Green tea lattes (fraps in the summertime), I think is because they make it with matcha tea which I haven't been lucky enough to find anywhere yet.

Not sure how this forum software works when I just want to reply to the topic instead of to a specific post, but maybe this is it. I clicked another reply and might have a blank post or something wrong.

I've never ordered from Starbucks in my life, just not enthusiastic about that sort of stuff. I don't have much of a sense of taste anyway. It's probably all Starbucks to me.

I did drink a full pot of coffee each morning for some time, and put up the front page at mainlytext.com about the humor that seemed to go along with it.

Quit drinking it and switched to tea for a year or so, but now enjoying coffee again. Who knows, maybe a Starbucks some day.
