TuDiabetes - A Community for People Touched by Diabetes

Today I was on my way to the movies, and really noticed the beautiful green, lush grape vineyards. I was amazed just how beautiful they were against the blue sky.
I thought to myself how "grateful" I was to have my eyesight. It hit me hard....for some reason. I was just curious as to what others are grateful for each day.

I am grateful that I am living and that I am able to control my Diabeties and that it don't control me
That is a big accomplishment for me. I am grateful that I put cigarrettes down 2 years ago. I am most proud of what I have acccomplished.....Have a Wonderful Day

i'm grateful that all of my friends are doing great. i'm grateful that doris is back among us with her wit and charm. i'm also grateful that my gastic bypass seems to be working and that my life seems to be getting better by the day.

I am grateful for all the cards that I saved from my Mother......she is gone, but, I can still read her loving words to me.

I am grateful for my husband and my life with him....I feel very lucky that I found him. He is my whole world

I am grateful that a good friend has been able to go off her Diabetes Oral Medication and control her Type 2 with diet, exercise and weight loss.
