Permalink Reply by Timothy on April 12, 2012 at 3:57pm My daughter does not watch TV or use the computer during the week at all. All of her friends think I am crazy. She has perfectly normal weight and is not diabetic.
She plays outside most of the time because inside is completely boring, the way it should be. ( once in a while he needs to look something up on the computer, but that's allowed,) She also writes with a pen or pencil instead of typing things,
It sounds harsh but she is used to it and she plays a lot outside instead.
I never thought i would do this, but After I became a parent I changed my views on the woes of sedintary lifestyles.
I also hate studies that are meaningless, but you need to know that the scientific community encourages things that have not been studied before and things that are small specific and easily domomstrated. Thats why we see so many odd things being funded.
