Win Amazon Gift Card: Type 1 Diabetes: A1c vs. Number of Months with Diabetes

Hello,

My name is Caitlin. I am a current student at Hood College and I am also a Type 1 Diabetic myself. For my statistics project I have chosen to do a comparison between A1c and Months with Diabetes, seeing if there is a correlation between the two.

All those who fill out my survey are entered to win a $50 Amazon Gift Card.

Thank you,

Caitlin

Done. My sympathy on taking statistics - it nearly did me in..lol

I did it too! months since 1984= scary!

Done. I hated taking statistics in college. Yucky! Good luck.

I did the survey, though I'm from Canada. Hope that's okay. The Amazon gift card is only open to U.S. residents.

I am happy to help you, Catlin. I hope you will post the results here. I think it would be interesting.

I did not apply for the $50 gift card, as I have no interest in it.

Sometimes, it's good to be diabetic.

Be well.

Done! Good luck with the project.

Oh my gosh that's where I went to college (graduated in May)! What a coincidence! Good luck with the project!

The one really valuable thing I learned from when I took statistics, was that the numbers can be used to show anything you want!

I'm assuming that this is just a class exercise, because no offense, but there are so many other factors involved in why some Type 1's have lower A1C's than others that a comparison between length of diagnosis and A1C doesn't mean a lot.

Ok, sorry, the teacher in me!
