So true..
That's great!
No longer MSNBC...it's MSN-BD
Yes....you know; when you start viewing things not only as BC (Before Children)...or Before X (Spouse's name)...
but also as BD (Before Diabetes). As in, "Oh yeah, I remember that incident/holiday/person, that was BD"
You know your a diabetic when...

You are out running errands, get to where you need to be, test your blood sugar, it reads 81... you grab a granola bar and and continue on...

As you are in the parking lot with only your keys, unwrapped granola bar, and cell phone... guess which one drops?!?!? and guess what you have to do!??!?!

too funny! the joys of being a diabetic!
I cut my finger trying to open adult proof packaging and immediately grab my meter to measure never waste a drop.
Use a can opener
My son gets out a 1/2 cup to cook with and I think it's time to portion out my breakfast cereal.
You know your diabetic when you spend half your energy fighting highs and half your energy fighting lows but your HA1c looks pretty good.
ha ha ha ha ha this one is the best one.

here's another, when you meet a person socially, discover they are a diab expert, and when they find out you are a d' they ask 'how's that working for you'?
Never fails.
You know you're diabetic when... you use diabetes as an excuse to get weekly pedicures :)
You know your diabetic when your floormat in your car is littered with used test strips instead of Twinkie wrappers and donut bags.
