Hello. I have Type 1 diabetes but started as Type 2 in 1992. I have always struggled with keeping my BG level normal. I have had more success with low carb eating. My daughter has been doing the Keto diet making it a way of life. She has lost 80 lbs. to date. I have also started to eat this way and have been trying to make sure the fat intake is covered in between meals. I'm open to suggestions and ideas for a low carb high fat way of eating. I have a daughter, two sons, and eight grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with family. Glad to be here.
