Hi LMC - you could always check out www.dafne.org.au - yes they are careful online BUT go on the course and you will find them candid and very helpful. Best education about what really happens with my metabolism I've had since diagnoses in 1976 (in UK) - nuff said - talk more with Tracey

Hi It looks like this discussion has been out of action for a while. I have signed up for DAFNE. I am in Sydney. I would love to hear about other people's experiences. As time has gone on have you still found it helped? What did you not find helpful? From talking to a DE about a little already, I suspect they will conservative in the advice they give. I understand they have to be careful about what they say. Thanks LMC

Hi Katy,
I did the DAFNE course in Australia in 2006. Best thing I ever did.
