For those of us who worry about how to keep shabbes in hospitals, how much or if to fast on fast days, hit the meters with our elbows on shabbes, don't consider calorie king interesting because the only restaurants we might eat at aren't listed.

Happy Chanukah to all. I cooked up a mess of Latke's and even had two small ones. Roast chicken, green beans and coleslaw rounded out the meal. Tomorrow I make my cheese latkes. If I remember, I'll come back to share. All my best to my Jewish friends out there.

Was ok, but not great. I briefly rinsed the Wasa with water first & let it soak in eggs for a bit. Heftier than matzo brei. Let me know what you think.
