TuDiabetes - A Community for People Touched by Diabetes

I understand from various people at Animas that a new pump should be coming out at the end of the year. Here are some suggestions I have made to Animas regarding either new Pump or Meter features.

Obviously for the meter screen to look as nice as the Pump Screen does. (color, brightness, clarity)

For the meter to scroll as evenly and nicely as the pump does. Example, when setting a bolus amount)

The ability to set more than 1 temporary basal, name them (through the software) and then save them as selectable favorites, instead of having to program them in each time. Example, one for travel (stress), one for sickness, one for different kinds of physical activity, etc.

What would you add or change?

I'll agree with most of what has been said above.
The biggest fix would be if they fixed the post bolus bG reminder between the Ping and the Pump. From my understanding it's a bug in the software.
Also maybe 3 different font sizes on the Ping would be nice.
A change infusion set reminder might be nice. I try to change mine every 3 days like they say but sometime forget and I don't usually change my reservoir at the same time (I usually let it get down to 20 units or less). I find that if I do change the infusion set regularly every 3 days I don't get skin irritation or sore spots.
More than just 4 basal programs. Mine change seasonally too.
A way to set the reminder when the pump is paused to longer than 15 minutes. Maybe able to set it up to a max of 60 minutes.
I like the idea of Favorite temp basals too.
But over all very happy with the Ping.
