I was just notified that my 2020 is going out of warranty. I have been trying to call Animas to get hold of a rep in my area & have not had my messages returned. I am getting irritated that there is no email contact & no call return. I switched to Animas from Medtronic due to their lack of customer service. My previous endo in Jacksonville, Fl left her practice & have been using a GP that is not familiar with pumps until I can find a new endo, so she doesnt have any contact info. The other endos in my area all use medtronic only & would not work with me to get an Animas.
Does anyone have contact info for an Animas rep in the SE (Ga/Fl) area?
