IOB not working

Mine has always worked, are you using a Ping? Exactly what is yours doing?

I asked about the Ping, because there was some sort of IOB issue with the meter before it was recalled in November.

I have mine set for 3.5 hours and it seems to be working fine (I've been pumping for just over a week). How is yours not working? I just checked and the IOB time can be adjusted anywhere between 1.5 and 6.5 hours. Does that help?

thanks.i use the 2020. I have my IOB set for 4 hours. what is happning is that when i use the EZ cab some of the time it will not take away the IOB from my total.

I have the 1200 and I have found the same issue with my pump. For some reason, it misses the IOB in the calculation when my BG is below my target. I just have to keep a close eye on things.

Not yet. I expect that it is a software glitch which sounds like it has not been fixed. My pump has been good for a couple of years. I am worried if I get it replaced, I will get a referb with more issues.
