Hi everyone,

I just came home tonight and went to check my BS, but the ping meter came up with a screen that just read "PC", tried changing batteries but couldn't find any new ones around the house so I just took out the ones that were already there and put them back it, but it said the same thing.

Luckily I have other old meters lying around that I tested with, but does anyone know what this message is or have seen it before? I checked the animus/one touch websites and couldn't find anything about this PC screen on the FAQs about error messages.

Thanks!

Have you called the Animas help line? That's what I would do.

It sounds like your meter thinks it's connected to a computer for downloading which would be really odd if you didn't have the cable attached.

Hi Rebecca...call Animas tech support try John Eichman at 1-877-937-7867 ext3191.
He is very good at solving these problems.

Good Luck
Ed

I agree with checking with John. Also, if you have not fixed the problem. Try plugging and unplugging the PC Cable. I would ask them to trade it out for safety. If it is goofing up, it may goof up more even if it acts like it is fixed.
