A Thousand Cranes

"The one who folded a thousand cranes will be granted one wish"... and our wish is to be cured, and/or to have a healthy and long life. Maybe we all can fold a thousand paper cranes and post pictures of them in this group. How many can we make?

I used to teach Japanese at 2 high schools, and taught my kids how to fold cranes, and they folded a thousand. It used to hang in the school library, but when they canceled my program (a great sorrow to me) I took the cranes with me to remember all the wonderful kids I taught!

Bikette I will have look back at the packages. But I know I have some with the longer wings. If you look at my discussion above you will see how many I have altogether.
