Glucofacts software issues
I am a recently diagnosed T1, and just got my Contour USB meter. The problem is that I get an error code when I try to download the readings to Glucofacts. Called Bayer and I am told it is a known issue with the current software (version 2.10), and they are working on a fix. Anyone else having the same problem? Anyone know when the software patch might be coming?

I also have version 2.10 running Vista as an operation system, I have had no problems with error codes. You might try un-installing then re-installing your software, sometimes that will fix the problem. Most companies that aren't primarily computer ordinated will dance around the issues with software.
