Permalink Reply by Barb Wagstaff on January 24, 2012 at 10:34am The Newfoundland and Labrador government is currently holding pre-budget consultations. It is important that they understand how important it is to expand the insulin pump program beyond age 25 AND include the coverage of CGM for those who wish to use one. Please consider contacting them at budgetsubmissions@gov.nl.ca Cc: tommarshall@gov.nl.ca; SusanSullivan@gov.nl.ca
I have a standard letter outlining the benefits and cost savings if anyone needs a copy. It is the letter that I have submitted.http://www.facebook.com/notes/barb-wagstaff/pre-budget-committee-su...

Hello Everyone
As you may have heard, Albertans are about to go to the polls on April 23. A canadidate for PC leadership included funding insulin pumps in his platform but unfortunately lost to Alison Redford.
Please join me keeping this issue alive and lobbying the leaders of parties as well as the candidates in your area to pledge to provide public funding for insulin pumps.
