I have recently read 2 of Dr. B's books, I am having some difficulty finding some of the products he mentions/uses in his diet. If you are adhering to the 6-12-12 grams of carbs per day, what products/namebrands are you eating and where are you finding them.

Thanks
Ray

I ordered DaVinci syrup online @ http://www.lowcarbcanada.ca/ Shipping was very fast.

I found the other syrup he mentioned online(Fox's u-bet) but the shipping was waaaaay more than the product itself. So I nixed that.

I got my Stevia @ Well.ca. The liquid isn't available in my small town.

What products are you looking for, specifically?

I would like to find the WASA crackers, I have checked the health food stores in my home town and the local Wal Mart, they have not had these crackers in stock for over a month!! A Canadian website I checked for low carbers also has them on backorder. I'm looking for something low card with a bit of crunch to satisfy the munchies.

My local Safeway has WASA crackers, but not in the Bran that Dr. B suggests.

WASA crackers .. if you look at the carbs for 3 crackers you can then move down to 1 or two instead... I find one cracker is good enough with a couple scrambled eggs and some grated cheeze on top. I can't find the bran ones either, I use the rye high fibre WASA crackers. I hope this helps.
