Low-Carb, Bernstein-Friendly Endo in/near Southwestern Ontario or Montreal?

I'm just wondering if anyone is with or knows of an endocrinologist who is fine with low-carb diets/ Dr.Bernstein? I live in between Windsor and London, but wouldn't mind driving a couple hours either.

I sort of want to switch endos as mine wants my BG to be higher than I want it to be, and so the endo keeps lowering my insulin doses. It's really frustrating to me. I don't feel like arguing with the doc because, frankly, I was only diagnosed a month ago and it feels obnoxious to argue about what ideal BG levels are. Though it is MY body, so wouldn't I know what level feels best? :/ ISo I just assume attempt to find someone else. I'm starting to stress very much about contacting my endo, and the upcoming appointment I have with a nurse.

My family is in Montreal, and I am actually a permanent resident there (in ONT for school). So I'll be going back at least 2x a year. That's how often it seems like I'll be seeing my current endo. A Montreal suggestion wouldn't be bad either :)
