I feel a little foolish but I need help understanding some of the discussions. Numbers for blood sugars are 100 200 300 etc. Is this because the folks are from the states and our measurments are different? I mean, when my sugar is 18 I feel terrible and concerned, so, there's no way it could be 300 how do I compare. I hope this makes sense, thanks karen
