Hi everyone,
My family and I are participating in the JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes this year, and we would love to have your support!
I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes through a routine blood test when I was pregnant with my son. Learning that I have a chronic, life-threatening illness just when my husband and I were preparing to bring a new life into the world was one of the most difficult things I've ever faced. But with the help and support of organizations like the JDRF, I will be there to watch my boys grow up, just like any other mother.
