Comment by Carol on April 6, 2012 at 7:22am Jeff, if you use OneTouch Meter, they have what it called, OneTouch Diabetes Management Software. Go to www.onetouch.ca and put software in search box. I believe you can open the manual there too. The hardware, which connects the meter to computer, is free with registeration of meter I believe.

Comment by ValerieAnneC on April 4, 2012 at 12:00pm @Mountaincat I think I got ripped then if they mention it's free! D: I probably didn't look at the right place when I ordered it! Oh well... At least I love it! Haha!
Thanks for the extra info! I was very much of a OneTouch user for most of my diabetic life, I felt bad putting my meter away... Haha! But unless they come up with an iPhone Bg meter like the iBGStar, not sure I'm going to go back!
Comment by SuzP on April 4, 2012 at 10:10am anyone have any idea on availability of these new glucometers? the iBGStar and the Freestyle Insulinx both look really interesting
Comment by ValerieAnneC on April 4, 2012 at 8:02am @MountainCat I recently purchased the iBGStar and it did -not- come free with 100 strips. Well at least not in the province of Quebec. None of the drug stores I went to sold them, so I had to order it online. Maybe elsewhere in Canada though! Thanks for the info about the new glucometers!
I actually made areview about the iBGStar!
