Telus Walk

All,

Please remember that the Telus Walk to Cure Diabetes is this Sunday in Vancouver, Fraser Valley and Victoria.

Please support the participants in this great event by donating to this worthwhile cause or just getting out there and encouraging the people (especially the kids) who go out and do the walk. It should be a great day to come out and join us for a walk.

Shameless plug; My 10 year old daughter Emily Holtz will be doing the 5KM walk in the Fraser Valley this Sunday with family and friends. Please donate if you can;

I am going to give the tax credit thing a try...my endo is for it and really there is nothing in the tax credit that indicates type one or type two it is about showing that it is life sustaining therapy and that you are spending 14+ hours per week managing it. I am lucky to currently have a good benefit plan that covers my pump but if the future if i ever needed the provincal plan it would be nice if it was concistant....
