What I would do at this point but this is just me. I turn the sensor off and leave it in and let it rest overnight (IF you are comfortable going without it) then I restart the next morning. Sometimes this does not help and the sensor is indeed done but I have had several sensors that get another week out of b/c of this.

??? is trouble getting info from the sensor. At times during the week this is expected. If it has been 5 hours, I would recommend replacing the sensor after 7 days.

I tried one out for a week and got this quite a few times. Now, I see that several people are saying that you have to have the transmitter on the same side of your body as the receiver is on. Really? It's a radio transmitter and at that short distance it should not matter.Dexcom customer service didn't have a clue. I got more useful info off the Dexcom users group, on this site. There are lots of others having the same kind of trouble. With this kind of performance, if it were an automobile, the Feds would make the manufacturer recall the darned thing until they got it running right.

Personally, I found the reliability to be so questionable that I have decided to try a Medcom.
