So I have been reading past posts and people refer to putting their sensors in the back of their arms. Where exactly do you place them? I were a minimed sensor and the stomach area is to precious for pump sites that I always use my leg. I am interested in having an alternative to using my leg and would like more details on the arm.

Hope this helps. That's my elbow to the right.

Thanks, that helps!

I use the back of my arm, up high in an area with some fat. It really works well for my Dexcom sensor: I get excellent accuracy. I don't insert it myself--I need assistance. But it is worth it.

I agree, it's the most accurate place I've found, but also can't do it myself! Second best seems to be almost-inner thigh.

I place mine on the side of the arm a bit towards the back. (Similar to photo above)
Advantage, I can do it myself.
Disadvantage, you need to be careful walking through doorways. Surprisingly enough that extra 1/4 inch makes a difference. I am pretty used to it by now.

Found this video demonstration of how to place a sensor in the back of your arm:
