I am the dad of a kid who just switched to the Cozmo pump from a Medtronic pump on December 22. I am a bit disappointed in the reporting/graphing options available in the software. Specifically, I am looking for a report or graph that will tell me the average breakfast, lunch, dinner, bedtime BG readings. I can't find this type of report in the standard Cozmonitor software.

I found out that I could hack into the supporting MS Access database and create my own. I could also buy a third-party tool from a German company (SIDiary).

I wanted to ask what other Cozmo users use.

thanks

Just a quick follow-up. Sometimes it is hard to get a hold of tech support the week after Christmas. Anyway, it sounds like I need to install a product called CoPilot, put out by Abbott. It will require an additional plug-in to get the data from CozManager to load into CoPilot. Waiting on disks. Will see what happens.
I think that you will like the CoPilot. And yes it is irritating that you have to wait so long to get the extension software. But the reports are worth the wait. you can download the CoPilot from the Abbot website.
I am also trying to come up with a way to download data from my Cozmo 1800 pump into a "log" that is useful both to me and to my doc (who does not have time to wade through a mountain of paper!). I have downloaded the CoPilot software but cannot get the program to read my pump, even though my infrared reader is working. I even downloaded everything into my CozManager program and saved that as a file, but the CoPilot program will not let me upload that file. I LOVE everything else about my Cozmo, especially the customer support I have been given, but I am getting frustrated with the data management. Do I really have to go back to pen and paper??
You need to order the Cozmanager extention for the website. It was $9.95 and I got it the next day. It's great. You will see new buttons and be able to add the cozmo as a device. Then you tell it to read device.
Kristeen, thanks! Actually, I had everything I needed, but I was in too much of a hurry and getting frustrated. This morning I reloaded everything and it works! Now on to better management!!! (Ha-ha! Like that is going to happen overnight! Oh well. Small steps will get me there eventually.)
